Pro tip... employ the measuring tool to draw circles!
Google Earth Pro's drawing tools exercise not include an easy way to draw accurate circles. Only, the ruler/measuring tool does let you mensurate circular areas and save them as KML, so you lot tin do the post-obit to draw a circle:
- Open up measuring tool (ruler icon on toolbar, or Tools carte du jour > Ruler)
- In Ruler window, select the "Circumvolve" tab
- Select the units y'all desire to measure the radius in (eg: Kilometers)
- Click (click, don't drag) on the map at the center point of your circumvolve (eg: Vancouver)
- Move your mouse until the circle radius is the distance you want (eg: 750km)
- Click the map again to complete the circle
- In the Ruler window, click the "Save" button

- Find your circle in the Places panel!

If I am not missing something obvious, breadth and longitude information in decimal degrees is found at the left hand side of the linked page, i.east. 49.667 and -125.833 respectively.

The best results I have obtained was past using KML Circle Generator by Fu Cheng. It'south a little janky but it does the job.
